Chef Benjamin embodies culinary passion and professional dedication, and with his engaging personality, brings unique food experiences to everyone he meets.
Chef is formally educated and classically trained at The College of Culinary Arts of Johnson & Wales University. His work at The Homestead Inn, Eno Terra, Brick Farm Tavern at Double Brook Farm, Hamilton's Grill Room and Juniper Hill, has mutually shaped both local dining and Chef's own appreciation of the sophisticated palette's of his guests.
A self-proclaimed "life-long learner", Chef can often be found perfecting his craft: studying the printed works of both famous chef's and world-renowned restaurants; creating new dishes with unique flavor combinations; testing his "next BIG thing" in ice cream recipes. He is also a WSET Level 2 Certified Spirits Professional, and not only enjoys a distinct glass of wine, or a uniquely-blended bourbon, he is adept at pairing the same with every food course imaginable.
In his free time, Chef Benjamin enjoys golf, skiing, hiking and camping, and, of course, hockey.
